I became licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California in 2018 (#86724). I am a graduate of University of the Pacific (BA in Sociology with a Pre-Law Minor) and University of Southern California (Master of Social Work with a Concentration on Families and Children).

I have been trained in Domestic Violence Prevention, Child Abuse and Trauma, Motivational Interviewing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Play Therapy and Much More! I have extensive experience working with adolescents and women. I use an integrative approach and a non judgmental style that is tailor made to support you here and now!

Why I help:

I know from my 6 years in the mental health field and my own personal experience that when anxiety, stress, and depression take over your life it makes it hard to live each day. Being a teen was tough and that’s why I am so passionate about helping teenagers with their own struggles so they can have a happier adolescence.

So many times we are weighed down by the “shoulds” of life… I “should” know what I want to do with my life, I “should” be in a relationship, I “should” be happy by now. I think the “shoulds” can cause a lot of stress and depression when we are not living up to how we “should” be. I love helping adults explore this and figure out who they are and what they want from life.
